Join us for ODT's 4th Dance Battle Extravaganza presented by Southern Star Central Gas Pipeline on Saturday Feb. 18th, 2023 at 7:00pm. This fundraiser is a truly "don't miss" night of dance as we fill the stage with over 190 community dancers battling it out for your votes to see who takes home this year's Grand Champion and Community Favorite awards! This night will utilize the power of dance to unify our community, bringing dancers of all abilities, ages, training and more center stage to change lives in our community...one dance at a time. Where does my donation go? Dance Battle Extravaganza is a fundraiser for Owensboro Dance Theatre, a non-profit pre-professional dance company in Western Kentucky, designed to unify our community through the art of dance. ODT serves over 39,000 community members annually through performance opportunities and many, diverse outreach service programs. Through its programming, ODT reignites the soul and improves quality of life through the art of dance, serving all regardless of age, race, gender, or ability. ODT serves individuals, ages 3 to 103, with its outreach programs that highlight the importance of art for arts sake in the schools and bring the healing benefits of dance therapy to individuals with disabilities and chronic health conditions like Parkinson's or Alzheimer's. Your donation ensures the art of dance can continue to thrive through ODT, helping us to continue changing lives...one dance at a time. Thank you for supporting the arts!
